Island in the Sun

So...for the past few months this fabulous song by Weezer has been my theme song...I hate being cold....and today I finally felt like I was on an Island in the sun. :) The sun was out it was nice and warm...a bit hot to be out running but I had some reggae going.... all in all a nice run. I'm so glad to see the rain go. My shin splints are back though... I havent had them in over a year now so Im hoping they're not long lived. Anyway glad to know that there is still a sun behind all those clouds. :) and that's the end of that chapter...
